BLUE CHEESE SALAD

Need a punchy lunchtime salad? Try adding our Mango & Ginger to a strong blue cheese… it really is a knockout!

Serves 2

INGREDIENTS

◦ 100g blue cheese

◦ lamb’s lettuce, watercress or rocket

◦ handful of walnuts

◦ 1 tbsp olive Oil

◦ 1 tbsp Yarty Mango & Ginger

METHOD

1. Place the leaves in a bowl, scatter over the walnuts and blue cheese

2. Mix together the olive oil and Yarty Mango & Ginger. Pour the dressing over the salad and lightly toss.
