As a tribute to the new King & Queen we created Yarty Violet... 

...a delicious new cordial infused with hand-picked flowers. Classically floral and surprisingly fruity!

She would go on to serve the grand country estates of the New Forest during the 1920’s and 30’s.

Finding herself in great demand with the gentry and visiting Royals; creating her own version of a violet cordial to celebrate the visit of Queen Mary & King George V.

Our cordials and vinegarsare inspired by recipes created by Jayne’s grandmother, Mabel Plascott.

Mabel trained in Mrs A.B. Marshalls cookery school, Mortimer Street, London in 1914... a distinguished cookery school for young ladies of its day.

So here it is! Our new fruity favourite!
