CHERRY SOUR COCKTAIL
Try a delicious Yarty Cherry Sour, featuring the succulent and rich cherries from the Blackmoor estate
DIRECTIONS
Add the vodka, Yarty cherry, lemon juice, *sugar/agave syrup and egg white to a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously, until a nice froth is achieved. You should shake the cocktail first without ice, also known as a ‘dry shake’ to maximise the velvety froth from the egg white. Add ice and quickly shake again (just enough to chill), strain into whisky/heavy bottom/short tumbler and serve with fresh cherries for garnish.
* For those who like a really sour kick, the recipe works just fine without the sweetener.
