WHITE ASPARAGUS SALAD
A fresh seasonal salad dressed with black garlic and made with white asparagus, which is believed to be less bitter and much more tender.
METHOD
1. Peel the white asparagus into thin ribbons and cook them in a pot of simmering water until they’re tender.
2. Dry the ribbons on paper towels and let them cool.
3. Toss the asparagus in a simple dressing using our black garlic vinegar, olive oil, salt and black pepper.
4. For a more traditional salad, you can combine the asparagus ribbons with mixed greens and other veggies.
Combine the beautiful earthy flavour of Mackerel with our fruity gooseberry number. Perfect for any evening.
